Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 2422 Lyvere Street in Westchester Square, The Bronx. Located between East Tremont Avenue and Zerega Avenue, the lot is nine blocks west of the Zerega Avenue subway station, serviced by the 6 train. Maheen Farrukh of Galaxy City Apartments is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 45-foot-tall development will yield 25,853 square feet, with 22,760 square feet designated for residential space.
