Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 3056 Decatur Avenue in Norwood, The Bronx. Located between East Mosholu Parkway North and East 204 Street, the lot is near the 205 Street subway station, serviced by the D train. Zef Perperpaj is listed as the owner behind the applications.
