Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 411 Meeker Avenue in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Located on the corner of Manhattan Avenue and Meeker Avenue, the lot is five blocks south of the Nassau Avenue subway station, serviced by the G train. Yisroel Greenfeld under the 411-417 Meeker LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 22,270 square feet for residential space. The building will have 33 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 674 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and 17 enclosed parking spaces.

Peter Pizzimenti is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in July of 2018. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
