Permits have been filed for a four-story mixed-use building at 453 Liberty Avenue in East New York, Brooklyn. Located between Wyona Street and Bradford Street, the lot is a few blocks from the Liberty Avenue subway station, serviced by the C train. Guy Shor under the 453 Liberty LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 42-foot-tall development will yield 8,691 square feet, with 6,350 square feet designated for residential space and 602 square feet for commercial use. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 635 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a penthouse, cellar, and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

Frank J. Quatela Architects is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in August of this year. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
