Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 58 Union Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Wallabout Street and Walton Street, the lot is closest to the Flushing Avenue subway station, serviced by the G train. Simon Dushinsky of Rabsky Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 73,164 square feet, with 340,540 square feet designated for residential space, 46,583 square feet for community facility space, and 35,400 square feet for commercial space. The concrete-based structure will have 65 residences, but whether these are rentals or condos is unclear.

Fariba Makooi under the Fischer & Makooi Architects is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. Hello New York YIMBY: The most important answer to what is being developed, I see and I think you can see it. This is only for the sober expression of opinion.

  2. 58 union ave, not street
