The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 32-foot-long rear yard, and four enclosed parking spaces.

  1. Thirteen residences and four parking spaces? Sounds like someone got paid off.

  2. 13 residences with 4 parking spaces…that should help the parking situation in Bay Ridge.

  3. Who got paid under the table??? Ridiculous and not needed!

  4. Disgusting and so not needed.

  5. So an 8 story building for a 9964 property with 4 spots … what ???? What about 3 other properties that were sold just like that…
