    Crooks such crooks

  2. Another luxury high rise, UGH! F*%! Gentrification and it’s effects. Let’s get a real affordable housing plan in order in JC before building another popup luxury high raise. Disgusted!

  3. Cue the NIMBYs and the supply & demand deniers who think more supply of housing is a bad thing

  4. I live next door to this luxury apt building

Tenants are very friendly whenever I pass anyone coming from work.

HOWEVER the tenants smoke directly on the side of my apartment.

When I step outside my door it is only two feet away i am forced to inhale the smoke of the person.

Because of the pandemic and my asthma it not safe.
