Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 186 Huron Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Located between Manhattan Avenue and McGuinness Boulevard, the interior lot is four blocks north of the Greenpoint Avenue subway station, serviced by the G train. Gilad Tamir of Brooklyn-based Greenline Developers Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 44-foot-tall development will yield 14,596 square feet, with 9,997 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 999 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

Ralph Kowalczyk of Issac & Stern Architects is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed last month. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
