The Moinian Group and Bushburg Properties recently debuted PLG, a new rental property near the southern edge of Prospect Park. Located at 123 Linden Boulevard, the 26-story building will be the tallest structure in the neighborhood.

Designed by Hill West Architects, the structure comprises 469,000 square feet with 366,000 dedicated to residential use. The rental building offers 467 units ranging from $2,350 per month for a studio up to $4,381 for a three-bedroom apartment.

The building’s suite of amenities spans 50,000 square feet and includes an indoor pool, a hot tub, a sauna and a steam room, a fitness center, lounge and recreational areas, and co-working spaces. The roof will feature a pool, barbecues, and peripheral lounge areas.

Whitehall Interiors oversaw design of the building. Finishes include carpets by Shaw, wall coverings by Phillip Jeffries and Maya Romanoff, and tiling by Nasco, Nemo, and Highstyle.

Leasing is currently ongoing.

  1. I guess I should be thankful that this thing isn’t really in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, despite the developer’s chutzpah in choosing an inaccurate name.

    This building is not in Prospect Lefferts Gardens. Why not be honest about it’s location? Reminds me of when Crown Heights developers claimed their buildings were in Prospect Heights.

  4. This building is actually in Flatbush section of Brooklyn. The people who manage that building ought to be ashamed of themselves for placing an inaccurate neighborhood name on it. All in the name of GREED!

  5. I am going to sue them for using the name PLG which is trademarked by the Prospect Lefferts Gardens Union Society Federation.
