Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 1244 New York Avenue in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Clarendon Road and Avenue D, the interior lot is five blocks from the Newkirk Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Jacob Leifer under the 1244 New York Avenue Residence LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
