Permits have been filed for a nine-story mixed-use building at 19-19 Cornaga Avenue in Far Rockaway, Queens. Located between Beach 19th Street and Beach 20th Street, the interior lot is a short walk to the Far Rockaway-Mott Avenue subway station, serviced by the A train. Brisa Builders is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 91-foot-tall development will yield 61,092 square feet, with 34,117 square feet designated for community facility space and 19,379 square feet for residential space. The building will have 92 residences, with an average unit scope of 210 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

Paul A. Castrucci Architects is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
