Permits have been filed for a nine-story residential building at 1010 Pacific Street in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Located between Grand Avenue and Classon Avenue, the interior lot is three blocks from the Franklin Avenue subway station, serviced by the C and S trains. Solomon Schwimmer under the 1010 Pacific Owner LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications. Previous plans by AVO Construction called for an 11-story mixed-use building with retail, community facility space, and a mix of market rate and affordable units.

The proposed 90-foot-tall development will yield 164,571 square feet, with 118,424 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 175 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 646 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 33-foot-long rear yard, and 46 enclosed parking spaces.

Naresh Mahangu of NY Building Associates Inc is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in September 2019. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
