Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 32-14 111th Street in Corona, Queens. Located between Astoria Boulevard and 111th Street, the corner lot is nearest the 111th Street subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Essex Plaza Management under the Astoria & 110th Street Associate is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 121,405 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 65 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,867 square feet.
