Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 2264 Atlantic Avenue in Brownsville, Brooklyn. Located between Rockaway Avenue and Pleasant Place, the interior lot is two blocks south of the Rockaway Avenue subway station, serviced by the A train. Richard Zavlyanov under the Diamond Development Group LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 13,473 square feet, with 9,876 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 987 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and a 39-foot-long rear yard but no accessory parking.

Robert Bianchini of ARC Architecture + Design Studio is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
