Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 9101 Kings Highway in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of East 91st Street and Kings Highway, the corner lot is a 10-minute walk to the Saratoga Avenue subway station, serviced by the 3 train. Chaim Sobel under the Urbyn Kings Highway LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 42-foot-tall development will yield 9,482 square feet, with 8,646 square feet designated for residential space. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar, a 15-foot-long side yard, but no accessory parking.

Jose Lockhart of Tecnico Engineering is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet for the two-family home on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
