Located between Ocean Court and Hampton Avenue, the interior lot is closest to the Sheepshead Bay subway station, serviced by the B and Q trains. Mesivta & Yeshiva Geloda is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 29,683 square feet, with 12,667 square feet designated for residential space and 4,158 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 19 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 667 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 32-foot-long rear yard, and 38 enclosed parking spaces.
