Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 59 West End Avenue in Manhattan Beach, Brooklyn. Located between Ocean Court and Hampton Avenue, the interior lot is closest to the Sheepshead Bay subway station, serviced by the B and Q trains. Mesivta & Yeshiva Geloda is listed as the owner behind the applications.
