Leasing has launched at The Arches, a dual-tower residential project at 224-228 East 135th Street in Mott Haven, The Bronx. The development comprises a pair of 25-story buildings and is located just a couple blocks from the Harlem River waterfront.

Designed by Fischer + Makooi Architect, the property includes a total of 430 units that range from studios to two-bedroom apartments. The most premium homes will also feature Control4 automation systems that will allow residents to control lighting, thermostats, music, and entry locks with their smartphone devices. Select units will also feature private outdoor space with views of Upper Manhattan.

Occupants will also have access to a health club and yoga studio, a screening room, a business center with a private conference room, a children’s playroom, and a cafe. Additional amenity spaces include a library, a quiet room with a fireplace, and a landscaped roof garden with an open-air lounge outfitted with an additional fireplace and seating areas.

The property will also support 25 short-stay hotel rooms and 6,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.
