Located between West 164th Street and West 165th Street, the lot is closest to the 167th Street subway station, serviced by the 4 train. Shaya Seidenfeld of MZS Realty is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 45-foot-tall development will yield 8,664 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 16 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 541 square feet. The steel-based structure will not have any accessory parking.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
