Permits have been filed for a two-story commercial building at 1567 63rd Street in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn. Located between 15th and 16th Avenues, the interior lot is steps from the Central Avenue subway station, serviced by the M train. Mordy Jalas under the 1567 63 LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 30-foot-tall development will yield 3,967 square feet, with 3,805 square feet designated for commercial space. The steel-based structure is located in a M1-1 light manufacturing district and will have five enclosed parking spaces.

Fei Chan of FC Architect PLLC is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. The M train? This is right by the 62nd street N train station. There is no Central Ave here either. Do your research!
