Permits have been filed for a four-story mixed-use building at 348 Van Brunt Street in Red Hook, Brooklyn. Located between King Street and Sullivan Street, the interior lot is closest to the Smith-9th Streets subway station, serviced by the F and G trains. Lee Cohen of DDG Conover Owner, LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 62-foot-tall development will yield 5,888 square feet, with 4,818 square feet designated for residential space and 262 square feet for commercial space. The building will have five residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 963 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a 30-foot-long rear yard and two enclosed parking spaces.

Daniel Bernstein of Kutnicki Bernstein Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
