  1. As usual, J Frankl seems to always impress. The interiors look very nice too. This is a good building.

    • affordable studios with a $2,156 monthly rent” -How is this “affordable housing”?
Do you honestly think people are falling for this scam?
People are being ripped off of basic necessities that shouldn’t have a price. Food, water, housing, communications.
We are not sleeping, we are awake and conscious.
      Greedy motherf…ers.
You are about to have a very rude and ugly awakening.
      Get ready.

    • They didnt do interior. Durukan Design does the interior, but they dont mention at all.

  7. This must be some mysterious secret definition of the word “affordable” folks have in backwards land, when you have to earn 130% of median income to even be eligible in the first place.

  8. That’s “affordable” housing??? People that make that much a year can afford and DO pay that much and more in rent. How about making things affordable for the people who don’t make $70,000.

  34. This is not what public housing looks like.

I mean, that’s what Housing New York is supposed to be in theory right?

You YIMBY people need to stop being stenographers for the gentrification industrial complex of government and real estate.

  35. Y’all be trippin’. You have to make $72K to afford to rent a studio? Hope the Covid exodus continues and they can’t get these prices!

  36. This is nyc way of saying if you make below this income dont come

  37. Is this a joke?

If you make 76K affordable housing for a 1 bedroom is 2200?

76K after NY takes us around 4000 a month … what is wrong with you people? This must be a joke? I hope they didn’t get tax write offs to build this and the. Pretend it’s affordable housing. You should be ashamed

  38. It’s on a dead-end street next to train tracks to drown out the noise and happenings of nearby riff raff, but they’ll probably call it a “cul de sac” to make it sound safe as a “Desparate Housewives” suburb.

  39. To all asking about affordable, yes this is the lefties in NYC which dont care for the people just for their name, deblazio wants to say he got affordable housing so giving tax grants for this crazy prices
