What these views are beautiful in nature of design, very impressive to glance because it was adored: Thank you.

  2. Jeez, even the laundry room is fancy

  3. If only I had the money. ?
Anyways, I do like this building quite a lot. Even the backside of 260 Gold Street is nice with the small balconies. This is most certainly better than that ugly design it was slaited to have before!

  4. I can’t get passed the drab sensibility of the renderer….everything looks like fake wood.
(what is that thing falling over the entry desk?

  8. “affordable” ?

  9. AFFORDABLE! Are you serious!? For all of that that cheap particle board junk, it look like an institution more than somewhere to live. I would never pay $2300 for a studio. A STUDIO?

  10. THIS IS NOT AFFORDABLE HOUSING,im so tired of seeing these articles claiming affordable housing & then I see the minimum income. If i made at least 70k I wouldn’t need to be so desperately in need of actual affordable housing

  11. I need an apartment I have citfeps

    People in Higher Income levels

How do I apply for one of does units at gold street ?

    • Request an application by mail. Send them a self-addressed stamp envelope with your address and put a blank envelope inside the stamped envelope so they can send you their application. They will send you the application but you must meet the deadline. You can also apply online at nyc.gov/housing connect. Only apply once, or they will disqualify you from the lottery.

  15. This is affordable housing? For who hard working class people!!!

  16. Affordable housing? I thought aff housing was too help people with low to moderate income find a decent place too live life. This looks like upscale housing for people who may not need traditional affordable housing

OMG I only wish that one day I could afford to live in luxury like this. I am a 53yr young Teacher Assistant working with students with disabilities in Brownsville Brooklyn. I don’t get to see the lifestyle that people in buildings like this live. My give back is daily supporting and teaching children with special needs. Believe me it’s not easy but I love it and I love my students. But after a day of advocating and supporting students and their parents. It would be fantastic to one day go home to a place that feels safe. And at the same time live some where that offers comfort and luxury.

  18. Why is the rent so astronomical high? That’s a mortgage. Good luck with finding tenants.

  19. Looks great. Just wish it was affordable.

  20. That is Affordable housing are you insane. Affordable housing for Bloomberg and his real estatte buddies. That he sold the city to his buddies. With this Pandemic where people are out of job/income and you call this affordable. People should just leave NY,
