Interiors spaces are designed by French architect Sebastian Segers, who is best known for his work on designer retail spaces. The large windows at each level promote the flow of natural light into the residential spaces, which evoke a mix of industrial chic inspired by the surrounding neighborhood with hints of modern aesthetics. Apartment layouts range from studios to three-bedroom units with a collection of duplex penthouses.

Pricing begins at $1.1 million and goes up to $7.95 million, with Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group leading sales and marketing of the property.

“Located at the nexus of some of New York’s most prized neighborhoods and within close proximity to the waterfront and an amazing selection of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, we’re excited to welcome residents home to Greenwich West and enjoy everything the building and surrounding area has to offer,” said Strategic Capital chief development officer Philip Gesue. “A building like no other in New York with its Parisian and New York design influences, Greenwich West continues to attract buyers from all over the world with its attainable pricing and value, prime downtown location, and contextual design.”

    Yey yes i like it

  2. Since I didn’t exactly comment on the previous article about Greenwich West I’ll do it now. Well, I have to say I’m quite disappointed. The interiors are allright but the external design is extremely bland and dull. The rendering depicts something a landslide better. This is definitely not a great building.
