Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 1437 Hancock Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located between Irving Avenue and Wyckoff Avenue, the interior lot is two blocks west of the Halsey Street subway station, serviced by the L train. Horizon Group under the 1504 Jeff LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 9,020 square feet, with 6,518 square feet designated for residential space.
