Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 135-41 38th Avenue in Flushing, Queens. Located between Prince Street and Main Street, the interior lot is close to the Main Street subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Cindy Zhang under the Caifu Capital LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 81-foot-tall development will yield 12,023 square feet, with 4,483 square feet designated for commercial space and 4,664 square feet for community facility space. The building will have seven residences, but the square footage of the units is unclear. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and mezzanine.

Cheng-Yang Lee of Atelier CS is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
