Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 500 Kingston Avenue in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of East New York Avenue and Kingston Avenue, the corner lot is closest to the Sterling Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Daniel Halevy under the 510 Kingston Partners LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 57,746 square feet, with 9,431 square feet designated for community facility space across the first and second floors, and 28,312 square feet of residential space on the floors above. The building will have 32 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 884 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and 17 enclosed parking spaces.

Murat Mutlu of INOA Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
