The whole concept of “affordable housing” is a joke when looking at this building! The asking rents sound like market rents for new construction, which would be fine for an up-and-coming neighborhood, except that it faces the elevated J train. Why would anybody who isn’t deaf want to live here AND pay market rents for new construction?!?

  9. I love it how can I getan application for 3 bedrooms me & my kids

  10. Affordable means starting at $900 and up for these crates to line in. Instead, please consider building tiny houses instead. Crates creates d*** dealings and p***titutions. Stinks

  14. Every time my name comes out they send me notification late and ask me to provide a bunch of bunch paperwork!!! And I have to provide all this unnecessary paperwork within 5 business day ????

  15. What’s the point to provide unnecessary paperwork and you don’t even if you will be approved for a apartment. What if you don’t even like it. Why the waste for all given information. I called it DNA paperwork. Stupid

  16. These are condos and housing New York connect is a segregation program

  17. What’s the point of a lottery when the rent is that high and the require income is 130% of the area’s average? The landlord should get any tax benefit for charging that high and calling it affordable housing.
