Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 42-61 Saull Street in Flushing, Queens. Located between Avery Avenue and Blossom Avenue, the interior lot is six blocks south of the Main Street subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Xiong Lin under the J&L 168 LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 14,621 square feet, with 11,400 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 13 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 876 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar but no accessory parking.

Raymond Chan Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet for the two-story residential building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
