Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 162 Covert Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Wilson Avenue and Central Avenue, the interior lot is four blocks west of the Wilson Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. Mark Weiss of 162A Coverts Street LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 7,489 square feet designated for residential space.
