Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 31-19 29th Street in Astoria, Queens. Located between 31st Avenue and Broadway, the interior lot is two blocks from the Broadway subway station, serviced by the N and W trains. Desmond Neill of Silverline Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 7,477 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 747 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and a 43-foot-long rear yard.

Nicolas Zapata of Niza Works of Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed last month for a two-story, two-family residential home. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  4. But the house pictured here is NOT the actual one in question. There are no tall bldg’s on this street but rather, this stock pic shows what a 75′ tall bldg will look like
