Permits have been filed for a 12-story mixed-use building at 300 East 50th Street in Midtown East, Manhattan. Located at the intersection of Second Avenue and East 50th Street, the corner lot is closest to the Lexington Avenue/53rd Street subway station, serviced by the E, M, and 6 trains. Reggie Kronstadt, principal at Krown Point Capital, is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 125-foot-tall development will yield 117,895 square feet, with 108,414 square feet for residential space and 9,481 square feet of commercial space. The building will have 114 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 951 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long side yard, but no accessory parking.

Todd Poisson of BKSK Architects is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet for the walk-up four-story residential building. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
