Located between Pacific and Dean Streets, the interior lot is closest to the Franklin Avenue subway station, serviced by the A and C trains. The proposed 94-foot-tall development will yield 31,580 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 46 residences with 11 units designated as affordable housing. The average unit scope of 686 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 46-foot-long rear yard, and three open parking spaces.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. Hopefully it’s not ugly. Crownn Heights has been hit hard in the butt ugly developments category which is a damn shame considering how solid and beautiful much of the existing stock in the neighborhood is.
