  1. Gorgeous luxury affordable apartments

    • THIS ISN’T AFFORDABLE HOUSING BUT INCOME BASED HOUSING.
Please stop calling this affordable. Affordable to who? no one but upper middle income and upper class people.
      What a joke.
Meanwhile the greedy developers get their subsidies and tax breaks on the backs of NYC taxpayers.
      disgusting and thanks DeBlasio.
      Good riddance

  2. Income based housing not affordable housing!

  3. the picture says it all. Pictures say a thousand words
A disgusting out of context glass cube for rich people right behind this beautiful historic building.

  4. What about a single parent making 50,000 a year. Over 60,000 a year isn’t affordable. If you keep raising the rent the middle class will be force to move out. Then who will do the work for the rich that only make the money at the sweat of the poors back.
