Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 2070 Chatterton Avenue in Castle Hill, The Bronx. Located between Pugsley Avenue and Olmstead Avenue, the lot is near the Castle Hill Avenue subway station, serviced by the 6 train. Guido Subotovsky under the Azimuth Development Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 12,747 square feet designated for commercial space. The building will have 65 rooms, with an average unit scope of 196 square feet making it most likely a hotel.   1. This one is a mixed income development consisting of two buildings. The 330 unit project when finished will include mixed income rentals and 65 homeownership units.

  2. All this planning and building in Bronx and Manhattan. Wonderful. Where will all the criminals go? Crime today will not encourage people to.move to these neighborhoods..
