Located between Lorimer and Leonard Streets, the lot is within walking distance of the Metropolitan Avenue-Lorimer Street subway station, serviced by the G and L trains. Michael Ricatto is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 80-foot-tall development will yield 17,999 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 23 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 782 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and nine enclosed parking spaces.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
