  1. Beautiful building

  2. How do I submit application?

  3. Once again stop calling this affordable housing!
This is INCOME LINKED OR INCOME TARGETED housing and is only affordable to upper middle income and upper income people, not low income people that need the housing.
421A was a taxpayer subsidy for multi millionaire developers and their cronies. This is a JOKE.

WOW! Those are really cheap rents.
Wonder if they have to pay any additional costs for all the amenities or if they are included in the lease amount.

  7. Why do YIMBY articles have a dozen links that all just go back to other YIMBY pages? Why not actually link to the things you are covering in the article like the lottery itself or the page for the buildings?

I throughly agree, with the previous commentor. These so-called “affordable “ housing lotteries, are a joke! Where are low-income people supposed to live, in New York? It’s sad!

So, people do understand that this comments section is not the proper channel for applying for these units…right??

  11. YIMBY you need to get moderators to delete comments from posters giving out their personal information, and asking for applications
