Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 31-23 Linden Place in Flushing, Queens. Located between 31st Road and 32nd Avenue, the lot closest to the Main Street subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Alan Mei is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 14,295 square feet, with 11,465 square feet designated for residential space and 2,830 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 17 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 674 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 46-foot-long rear yard, eight enclosed parking spaces, and one open parking space.

Focal Point Design and Construction is listed as the architect of record. The new build permits show a smaller build than the 10-story high-rise depicted in a rendering by Focal Point in 2021.

Demolition permits were filed in April 2021. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
