Construction has officially topped out on Two Clinton Park, a 28-story mixed-use tower in downtown New Rochelle. Located at 28 South Division Street, the tower is the city’s third completed project from developer RXR, which also served as masterplan developer for the downtown area.

Lessard Design served as architect of record for Two Clinton Park, which comprises around 513,000 square feet. This will include 390 rental apartments, nearly 24,000 square feet of amenities, and more than 7,500 square feet of retail space.

The building also joins a sister tower, One Clinton Park, and is the final component of the dual-tower mixed-use complex. Together the buildings offer more than 29,000 square feet of retail space and are helping to improve the urban landscape of downtown New Rochelle.

“We take pride in our designation as master developer of Downtown New Rochelle, and the topping out of Two Clinton Park is another major milestone,” said Joseph Graziose, executive vice president of development services, RXR. “Two Clinton is one step closer to providing highly amenitized, desirable homes, and retail for the growing New Rochelle population.”

Wellness amenities include a fitness center, a dedicated yoga studio, a spa, and a sauna. Residents will also have access to coworking spaces, a communal lounge, a library, a children’s playroom, a dog run, multiple terraces with cooking and recreational space, and 24/7 onsite parking.

One Clinton Park opened in June 2022 and is now more than 60 percent leased. RXR has not announced when leasing is expected to launch for Two Clinton Park.

  1. Downtown New Rochelle transformed with buildings an easy walk to Metro North. Rockville Center or Hicksville could be the same.

Regarding the post under this “Housing Lottery Launches For Twin Parks Terrace In Fordham Heights, The Bronx”…

I’m making an educated guess tgat the reason some project posts don’t have the comment option activated is because of the likely inundation by affordible housing applicants mistakenly believing this website is where you place such a thing. As you know this has been aproblem from day one with this blog. My question is why not place an unavoidable notice right at the point of comment posting telling people this is not in any way a website that accepts or forwards applications for housing?
