Permits have been filed for a nine-story residential building at 1010 Pacific Street in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Located between Grand Avenue and Classon Avenue, the interior lot is three blocks from the Franklin Avenue subway station, serviced by the C and S trains. Solomon Schwimmer under the 1010 Pacific Owner LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications. Previous plans by AVO Construction called for an 11-story mixed-use building with retail, community facility space, and a mix of market rate and affordable units.
A new proposal from AVO Construction has revealed an 11-story mixed-use structure that could rise from a two-lot assemblage at 1010 Pacific Street, in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. The building would contain a mix of affordable and market rate residences, a commercial component, and a non-profit community arts center that would provide arts-based programming to local residents.
