SOM-Designed Office Tower at 1241 Broadway Imminently Set to Begin Construction in NoMad

Designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill, the impending 22-story and 318-foot-tall commercial office tower is being developed by GDS Development and Sweden-based Klovern. The site has already been vacated and cleared, while the original steel signage for the parking still remains standing above the sidewalk. Triton Construction will be in charge of building the 170,000 square foot project. Their name, along with GDSNY, are displayed on the black fence that currently surrounds the lot.
