Leasing at The Pierrepont has officially begun. The upcoming residential building is located at 146 Pierrepont Street in Brooklyn Heights, between Clinton Street and Cadman Plaza West. The mixed-use tower will have 90 boutique apartment units as well as 6,000 square feet of retail space. Designed by Marvel Architects, it is being developed by Jonathan Rose Companies, Bedrock Real Estate Partners, JD Capital USA, and Nuveen Real Estate. 19-Story, 86-Unit Residential Building Revealed At 146 Pierrepont Street, Brooklyn Heights

Earlier this summer, YIMBY reported on applications for a 19-story, 86-unit residential building at 146 Pierrepont Street, in Brooklyn Heights, and now renderings of the project have been revealed, per the Brooklyn Daily Eagle. The development site spans through the block to 189 Montague Street, and 6,232 square feet of ground-floor retail space will share both sides of the new building. Above, twenty percent of the 86 rental units (18) will be let at below-market rates. Jonathan Rose Companies is developing, and Marvel Architects is designing.

19-Story, 68-Unit Building Planned At 146 Pierrepont Street, Brooklyn Heights

In 2014, Jonathan Rose Companies acquired the thru-block commercial property at 181 Montague/140 Pierrepont Street, in Brooklyn Heights; the developer also owns the five-story building at 146 Pierrepont Street. Now, new building applications have been filed with the DOB calling for a 19-story, 68-unit mixed-use building. Units will average a condo-sized 1,860 square feet in the 132,715 square-foot building. Retail space will also measure 6,230 square feet on the ground floor.
