Designed by Mancini Duffy Architects and developed by The Davis Companies along with joint venture partner Highland Development Ventures, the 180,000-square-foot structure contains 6,000 storage units. Cauldwell Wingate was the contractor for the project, which is located between Sixth and Seventh Avenues.

Construction financing totals $84 million and was provided by Santander Bank, N.A. and United Overseas Bank.
