Today’s housing lottery round-up features six buildings in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and The Bronx with available affordable units on Housing Connect with deadlines closing within the next seven days.
171 Linden Boulevard
The affordable housing lottery has launched for 171 Linden Boulevard, an eight-story residential building on the border of the Flatbush and Prospect Lefferts Gardens neighborhoods in Brooklyn. The 28,482-square-foot development is designed by Walter J. Hollien Architect and yields 31 units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $65,143 to $159,640.
Construction and façade installation has topped-off at 171 Linden Boulevard in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn. Alteration and expansion of the original structure has nearly doubled the total area of the former three-story residence.
A three-story apartment building at 171 Linden Boulevard in Flatbush might get a big expansion. Alteration applications were filed yesterday to add five stories to the little prewar structure.
