The 73,012-square-foot, 67-unit development is designed by Heritage Architecture and developed by RiseBoro Community Partnership. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 55 units for residents at 30 to 60 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $18,515 to $84,600.
