Last week, Thorobird Companies filed plans for three affordable rental buildings in the Bronx. Now YIMBY has a rendering for one of them, a 12-story development planned for 225 East 179th Street in the central Bronx neighborhood of Mount Hope.
A pair of 12-story affordable rental buildings are coming to two blocks in Mount Hope, in the central Bronx. Developer Thorobird Companies is planning to construct the two buildings at 225 East 179th Street and 220 East 178th Street, a block apart between Anthony Avenue and Grand Concourse.
