Loketch Group, the Joyland Group, and Meral Property Group have formed a joint venture to begin a new mixed-use project at 555 Broadway in Brooklyn. The address represents a large, wedge-shaped assemblage on the border of South Williamsburg and Broadway Triangle.

Located at 555 Broadway on the border of South Williamsburg and Broadway Triangle, the building will top out at 28 stories and contain a mix of rental apartments, short-stay rooms, shared office space, retail, community facilities, and a collection of amenity spaces.
Permits have been filed for a 27-story mixed-use building at 24 Boerum Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Broadway and Lorimer Street, the lot is steps away from the Broadway subway station, serviced by the G train. The Collective, a London-based co-living real estate company, is listed as the owner behind the applications. The firm will officially launch its first New York City location at Long Island City’s Paper Factory this fall.
