Earlier this year, construction kicked off on a new condominium building at 5 Court Square, in Long Island City. Today, the 11-story project has topped-out, with the glass facade about halfway up the structure.
It was in September of 2014 that YIMBY brought you news of a planned 11-story, 73-unit mixed-use building at 25-24 Jackson Avenue (a.k.a. 5 Court Square) in Long Island City, at the corner of Thompson Avenue, just across the street from One Court Square.
