Located at the intersection of West 103rd Street and Broadway, the buildings once housed the Marrakech Hotel, which was partially demolished after the previous owner was fined for illegally converting residential units into hotel rooms. Toll Brothers is listed as the owner of the site under the 2686-2690 Broadway LLC, after purchasing the property in 2019 for $44 million.
