New Renderings of The Forman Building’s Expansion at 29 Jay Street Surface as Proposal Returns to the Landmark Preservation Commission

​Marvel Architects and Forman Group will again present proposals to New York City’s Landmark Preservation Commission in an effort to redevelop an existing two-story building for office and retail use​ at 29 Jay Street in Brooklyn. Located in the DUMBO Historic District, completion of “The Forman Building” would require zoning amendments to allow for a higher than approved street wall, mixed-use designation, and facade design.
