On a 1,040 square-foot vacant lot in northern Williamsburg, GB Properties plans to build a three-story, two-unit mixed-use building measuring just 5,202 square feet. The piece of land is at 291 North 8th Street, two blocks north of the G train’s stop at Metropolitan Avenue, and the building will feature 3,131 square feet of retail space on the ground and cellar levels.
